Continued RIH M/s Weatherford TCP 2-7/8” HSD guns (6 SPF) for 5” liner
and 4-1/2” HSD guns for 7” liner on 2-7/8” and 3-1/2” PH-6 tubings. While
220 RIH down to 4322M observed obstruction at 7” liner top. As per instructions

0 applied clockwise rotation, upward and downward movement and successfully
passed through 7” liner top and continued RIH TCP guns down to 5035M i.e
10M above bottom perforation 5045M depth and Set the string in slips.
Spotted/Rig up M/s Weatherford wire line unit at site.
Held PJSM with all concerned and discussed the operation prior to start RIH.
RIH down to 5035 M and correlated the depth of RA marker sub with the CBL-

2200 04:30 VDL-GR-CCL logs conducted on 20-07-2019 and set string in slips.

POOH and R/Down M/s Weatherford wire line unit.
Adjusted the length of HSD guns for the perforation interval (5045m-4976.5m)
with reference of RA marker sub located by wire line.
R/Up M/s CNLC Pre-tested flow control head & connected the line from wing
valve (kill line).

0230 03:30 R/Up M/s Nuricon Slick line unit on M/s CNLC pre tested flow control head.
0
Pressure tested flow control head along with M/s Nuricon BOP & Riser of slick
line at 6000 psi, hold for 15 mins, found OK.
At 0600 hrs RIH with firing bar & hit the firing head to fire the HSD guns is in progress.
