Your Roles and Responsibilities in the Division/Unit:


1. To assist the division head for the proper and smooth function of the division.

2. Prepare and compute daily reports of all consumption, production, receive, dispatch and
down time of the plant and accordingly the monthly production reports.
3. Since the production booking is still done by RMCD I also have to take part in the
calibration and drop test of each and every weigh feeder of the hoppers.
4. Responsible for coordinating my coworker in regards to their shift adjustment, distribution
of jobs and so on.

1. With the existing staff strength, is it adequate to shoulder the roles and responsibilities of your
office? If not, please provide breakup of the manpower requirements along with the position,
designation, qualification and grade in the next 5 years.
- Yes

2. Do you face any problems in delivering the services with the existing reporting system as 2 IC? If
so, please specify the changes required in the system?
– As 2 IC, my responsibility is to resolve and suggest to any issue pertaining to the RMCD to my
fellow coworkers and if not inform the matter to my Division Head for any suggestion and action to
be taken. And from there on for the further actions the head should inform to higher authority and
then may be to HR office and to HR committee, I wonder what actions are being taken to those
serious and regular offenders. Be strict.

3. Do you find any problem among the coordination between the functions or within functions?
- As a Division that holds responsibility pertaining to raw materials is now also hilariously been
taking care of the job for Production Booking which is something that is not at all the responsibility
of the RMCD. Its not that we don’t have enough staffs but they are placed under inappropriate and

illogical function which when we get into the ground and execute the job you need to get into
someone else’s jurisdiction to get it done, which is so difficult at various levels. (first make sure
that job allocation and working orders are logically in place).

4. Do you have any other manpower-related concerns that you would like to surface for discussion?
 Is there good alignment between company’s goals, objectives and departmental targets and
individual work plans and job description?
 Are people being used optimally?
 Can some division and units be integrated together?
 Are there redundant positions?

5. Do you feel the need to change the current organizational structure (add or reduce functions?) kindly specify
and reason if so?
- The very reason of excessive staffed of PCAL is due to the duplication in the organizational structure
which in turn grasp in more people. Definitely there is need of change in the current organizational structure.
