    Good Evening,
    Proposed is to remove and excavate existing retaining walls on left and right side
    of driveway, remove excavate install compacted subbase and reinstall existing
    bricks. Brush with paver sand to fill joints. Retaining walls shall be excavated and a
    sub base shall be installed and compacted at a depth of 10” Compacted at 5” lifts.
    One 4” Perforated pipe shall be installed behind wall for the entire length of wall
    and discharged out the end of the wall into clean ¾ inch crushed stone well, one
    foot of clean ¾ inch crushed stone shall be installed along side pipe to allow and
    prevent clogging, Wall will be constructed with Nicolock Alta Wall Brick with a Cap
    Stone. Color shall be Granite City Blend. Bed behind wall #1 shall be filled with
    Black Pine Mulch.
    Existing Steps shall be removed and Replaced with 3 Steps Constructed Of 6x6 and
    High Strength Cement
    All Waist Materials Shall Be Disposed of on site with no cost to either party

    Northeast Shall Be responsible for maintaining the safety of the jobsite, Shall
    provide Sufficient Barricades and warning devices to prevent injuries. Jobsite shall
    be kept neat and tidy and cleaned up at the end of each work day. Once Accepted
    Work is expected to begin within 1-2 weeks. Northeast Reserves the right to depay
    the start of the project for reasonable situations, such as poor weather conditions,
    or material back order. Northeast Excavation Shall Provide Proof of Insurance
    before commencement of work, and shall maintain sufficient insurance for
    duration of work on the property.

    5 years 100% material 50%labor
