Category simply means the source of issues as specified clause 4.1 note 3 of ISO 9001 for example: issues can arise from technological,
legal, competition etc

These issues may be current or potential as such you use the blue box to select which it is.

Also, you can define actions to be taken and who is responsible for these actions.

It also provides the space for defining how to evaluate the effectiveness of these actions and when to do so
