• Developing an automated and micro-services architecture to build a CI/CD
process which allows to launch fast and efficiently new services and
applications.
• The process flow will be automated in terms of the backbone IT
infrastructure.
• Allow to manage all Infra remotely with immediate change requests
upscale/downscale in matter of minutes.
 Microservices architecture on AWS
• Containerized (Docker) micro-services running on AWS
• Use container orchestration service (ECS or EKS)
• ECS option: simple to manage, AWS-specific
• EKS option: managed Kubernetes, platform-independent
• Applications running in docker containers inside ECS or EKS cluster
• API Gateway in front
• Use managed AWS services for data persistence: RDS, Redis ElastiCache,
Elasticsearch, …
• Static content served by CloudFront CDN from S3
