Egg Sandwich Recipe (for 10 people)

Ingredients:

 20 slices of bread

 5 hard-boiled eggs

 50g of butter

 1 cucumber

 Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Mash the eggs in a mixing bowl.

2. Add a pinch of salt and pepper.

3. Spread some butter evenly on the bread.

4. Spread the egg mixture evenly on the bread.

5. Slice the cucumber thinly.

6. Arrange the sliced cucumber on the bread.

7. Cut the sandwiches into triangles.

8. Pack the sandwiches.

Instruction:

1) Students sit in groups of four. Each is given a piece of paper.

2) Students list out the ingredients and instructions to make their own

unique sandwiches.

3) When they are done, students present what they have written

4) If student draws a picture of their unique sandwich, bonus marks

are awarded.
