    The process of research is a process that is interrelated and staged.Every research process
    starts with an issue, situation, event and object of interest, attention or desire to know
    something. Research is a process of collecting data, to answer specific questions , to solve
    problems faced by individuals, communities, or organizations.This research title for my work
    is factors that cause Obesity among Malaysians.

    1.1 Problem Statement

    Obesity is generally increasing in all states, genders, ages, ethnicities and education levels in
    line with the country's economic development. Today, obesity has been classified as a disease
    that refers to excessive accumulation of body fat that results in over-consumption of obesity.
    energy (world health organization 2000). To determine the level of overweight people, a
    formula for calculating body mass index is used primarily to measure weight related to
    height. In a review article by Lim TO, et.al (2000) , BMI above 25-29.99kg was categorized
    as grade 1.30-39.99kg weighted at grade 2, and BMI above 40kg was categorized as grade 3
    weight.
