depose and say that:

I am one of the legal heirs of the late ROLANDO C. ESTORES who is registered owner of a
parcel of land containing an area of Six Hundred Sq. Meters (600) more or less, located at the Brgy.
Biclatan, Mun. of General Trias, Cavite covered under Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-319477;

1. That I authorize MIRELLA BETUS ENRIQUEZ to use a portion of lot consisting of

THIRTY (30) SQ. METERS, more or less for her house;

2. That I allow her to process the application of her electric installation at Meralco for the said
property;

3. That I hereby undertake and agree to issue permit by the Municipal Office of electric
installation for MIRELLA BETUS ENRIQUEZ;

4. That I am executing this statement voluntarily to attest to all the truth of the above facts for
all legal intents and purposes and for no other purposes.
