AIA Participating Fund Update for 2019

Thank you for your support and for placing your trust with AIA Singapore.

We are pleased to inform you that S$527 million in par fund bonuses has been projected for 2020.
As at 31 December 2019, AIA Singapore has approximately S$26 billion of participating fund assets
under management. For more information on the performance of the AIA Participating Fund, please
refer to "Your Participating Fund Update for 2019" at https://www.aia.com.sg/parfundupdate.

Amidst the current economic volatility due to COVID-19 pandemic and continuing trend of low
interest rates, AIA Singapore is committed to managing the long-term performance of our
Participating Fund for our policyholders. We are also focused on ensuring the security and solvency
of our Participating Fund and seek to maximise returns on our Participating Fund’s investments to
provide stable benefits to our policyholders.

We will be maintaining the same bonus and dividend rates for your policies at the same scale as last
year. Information on bonus / dividend rates will be included in the Participating Policy Annual
Statement (PPAS) for each of your policies. The PPAS will be sent within two months of your next
policy anniversary.

If you would like to obtain a more detailed Post Sales Benefit Policy which illustrates the projected
values for your policy / policies or have any further queries, please feel free to contact your AIA
Financial Services Consultant or Insurance Representative. Alternatively, you can contact our AIA
