A\B Primer Applied to Entire Roof per Manufacturer Specifications

Apply Complete Rooftek 100% Silicone System per Manufacturer

Specifications

All Existing Compromised Fasteners will be Secured with Screws Prior to

Rooftek Installation

Install New Flashing Around Perimeter of Existing Exhaust Fan on

Roof
The Cool Roof System will cover the entire 9,486 square footage of
existing metal roof.
The Cool Roof System will be Applied as Follows:

 Pressure Wash the Entire Roof, Cleaning off any debris
Allow to Dry Completely depending on conditions
Mix Part A & B and Apply Roof-Tek 11 Epoxy Primer to Entire Roof
Area. Allow to Set
Mix Roof-Tek 2200 Silicone Coating w/MF 20/20 MicroFibers and
Apply to all Patched Areas (previous repairs) of Roof. This Creates
a Fabric Reinforced Coating that will Allow Better Adhesion to Patch
Areas
Apply Roof-Tek 2200 Silicone Coating to Entire Roof, Yielding a
Minimum of 22 Dry Mils Over All Areas

Material and Labor Included

(10) Year Guarantee, No Leaks, Including Skylights. If Roof leaks

anytime within 10 years of date of contract, American
Renovations will address and remedy the issue.

*All materials are owned by American Renovations until invoice is paid in full. 12%
interest due every 30 days after completion date.

* All Work will meet Manufactures Installation Specs.

* Workers Comp. & General Liability Policy in place.

* A Magnet will be thoroughly rolled during and after the job is complete.

Any Additional Work to Be Done Will Require a Signed Additional Work Order.

Not Responsible for Leaks Due to Negligence of Maintenance of Roof, i.e.… Cleaning Debris such as Leaves and
Limbs from Roof.

*If full amount of contract is not paid, American Renovations is entitled to cost of
collections and attorney’s fees
