Short title, commencement and application. (1) This Order may be called the Textiles- High Density Polyethylene and Polypropylene woven sacks for packaging or filling (quality control) Order, 2019. (©) This Order shall come into force on the expiry of one hundred eighty days from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette CG) It shall apply to goods or articles specified in column (2) of the Table, but nothing herein shall apply to such goods or articles meant for export. 2. Conformity to standard and compulsory use of standard mark.- Goods or articles specified in the column (2) of the said Table shall conform to the corresponding Indian Standard specified in column (3) of the Table and shall bear the Standard mark under-a licence from the Bureau as per Scheme-I of Schedule-II of the Bureau of Indian Standards (Conformity Assessment) Regulations, 2018. 3. Certification and enforcement authority.-In respect of the goods or articles specified in column (2) of the said Table, the Bureau shall be the certifying and enforcing authority. 4.
