Investo, a mid-sized Indian company, wants to improve its employee relations. This will help the
company in retaining good workers, help improve employee productivity and hence, boost business
performance. The company is considering various employee-friendly initiatives in this regard.

Before going ahead with these initiatives, the company wishes to know the key concerns of the
employees. For this purpose, the senior management in the company undertook an online survey
with all its employees in January 2020. To remove any fear in the minds of the employees and also
any bias in the survey, employees were not required to share their names in the feedback form and
their identity was secured.

The response rate to the survey was very encouraging with 92% of the employees answering the
online survey and providing their feedback. The company has run frequency tabulations of the
feedback received. The analysis output is contained in the Excel sheet provided to you.

Please interpret the data provided and make a presentation highlighting the key concerns of the
employees. Please also make actionable recommendations on the way-forward that will help the
senior management address key employee concerns.
