Activity 1

Stress refers to physical and emotional experiences that we encounter in our life. On the one
hand, it is actually a normal part of life. At times, it serves a useful purpose. Where in stress can also
motivate you. It is the way how you handle or manage it.

Insights / Reflection
Stress is part in our daily living, but it is the way how you can hold it. In our everyday lives we encounter this,
for me personally impatient and irritation are my highest stress, way back, I cannot handle them but because of
the encouragement given by my family and friends I overcome it, Also with the help of yourself, me, I always
think of the situation first before I will react and considered the feelings of others. That’s how I handle my level
of stress.
