Intramurals program aims provide fun, safe and structured play experiences that promote the
physical, mental and social development of every child and to provide opportunities for every
individual, regardless of ability, to participate in a sport activity that will develop skill and
interest in a friendly, recreation-centered environment.

Moreover, Advanced Skills Training and Education Services, Inc. (ASTES) is a school practicing
Co-curricular activities and intramurals is one of an institutional activity that the aforesaid
school is about to conduct.

By this juncture, I, Sir Mark Anthony Dimailig, ASTES Sports Coordinator is requesting your
permission to use your Barangay Gymnasium on August 19-20 for the conduct of Intramurals
2019.

Our school would be responsible for all setup and cleanup, and we will provide proof of
insurance for any damage or injury that might occur.
