First of all I would thank to management to give me a wonderful opportunity to work in

this esteemed institution.

Please accept this letter as my formal resignation from my position as lecturer in st.
joseph polytechnic college, effective from 08.09.2019.

Thank you for the support and the opportunities that you have provided me during my
working periods. I have truly enjoyed and I am more grateful for the encouragement you
have given me in pursuing my professional and personal growth objectives.

If I can be of any assistance during this transition in order to facilitate the seamless
passing of my responsibilities to my successor, please let me know. I would be glad to
