I. Job Description
The Legal Researcher is expected to meaningfully contribute to the execution of the Legal Department’s core functions and
to demonstrate a consistent commitment in developing the professional skills and subject-matter expertise.
1. Drafts letters and/or communications addressed to different government and private offices;
2. Drafts resolutions, memoranda and other legal or business documents;
3. Drafts affidavits, complaints, judicial affidavits and other legal documents related to cases filed by or against FICCO;
4. Reviews resolutions, rulings or issuances;
5. Reviews or interprets contracts before its execution;
6. Responds to queries involving legal knowledge;
7. Performs legal and general research over matters presented;
8. Attends meetings and other activities when required;
9. Assist the legal counsel in administrative investigations against employees;
10. Assist the legal counsel in litigations against employees in civil and/or criminal cases; and
11. Performs such other functions and/ or duties as maybe required when the need arises.
