3 Max upload slots per torrent 4.00 kB/s per slot
Don't forget to adjust the number of upload slots of your currently running torrents, too
80 Maximum number of connections per torrent
134 Maximum number of connections globally
If you have problems with Azureus crashing try to lower the maximum connection settings to 80 per
torrent and 100 globally

Recommanded for Tools -> Options -> Queue

And some hints about good speeds:

Swarms with a bad Seeds:Peers ratio - especially small ones - usually have bad download rate, thus
try to run them in parallel to other torrents
A forwarded and unfirewalled port is important, use the the NAT-Check to verify if your port is
reachable, just look if your torrents have green smilies ( )
or simply put in your port here and press enter. If it doesn't report that your
Port is "Open" either the forwarding or the firewall settings are incorrect.
Use a random port between 50000 and 60000 for incoming connections
