    VOA – Videotel Online Assessment
    Mideast Minimum Requirements.
    Initial Appraisal - Appraisal generated by the Master/Chief Engineer after first month onboard for
    every new employee. Rank VOA Rules & Buoys

    Final Appraisal - Appraisal generated by the Master/Chief Engineer after completion of first tour 2nd Officer 75% 80%
    of duty. 3rd Engineer 75% N/A
    If candidate fails his initial VOA at Step 2, he/she can only re-sit it after a 1 month study period.
    3rd Officer 75% 80%
    Those failing twice will not be considered for future employment.
    4th Engineer 65% N/A
