 LIC Agent since 1985 and become agents at the
age of 18.
 60,000 policy holders and 700 new policy every
year.
 Everyday wake up early morning to meet more new
people to do more activity.
 Spend more time in market .
 Become a race horse.
 Go to market.
 Do what you do best and delegate the rest.
 No successful agent goes to office, delegate as much as
you can.
 Prosperity comes from prospecting only.
 Mostproductive time of the day is 8 to 10
in the morning , you can sell anything
during this time.
 Successful people work for 12 hours per
day.
 MDRT agents spend 68% of their time in front of
their prospects.
 COT agents 72% of their time in front of their
prospects.
 TOT agents spends 78% of their time in front of
their prospects.

 Wealth comes from good work habits
 Customer knows more than you. Tell
him everything. He is ready, we are
not.
 Servicing should not be agents job, only
selling is agents job.
 To sell some 700 policies per year and I
have to meet 7000 people for that.
 6837 calls done last year.
 Whatsapp is not our activity. Whatsapp and
Facebook are all unproductive things.
 We have to sit in front of customer, that is our
job.
 You have to meet regularly customer, you have to
do it.
 Relationship equals money in this profession
 We are into business of settling claims. It is our
moral responsibility to sell adequate insurance.
 Appoint at least one person and delegate
responsibility to him.
 LIC does not need money, it is we who need
money.
 Run away from all negativity.
 All you friends, relatives nobody wants you to be
successful, but your family and your Development
Officer only.
