Official Rules

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL

NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ALL FEDERAL, STATE,
LOCAL, AND MUNICIPAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY. VOID
WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of

these Official Rules. The “Tell us About Your Home” Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) is
sponsored by WellHome, 2339 Beville Rd., Daytona Beach, FL 32119 (the "Sponsor"),
who is solely responsible for all aspects of this Sweepstakes.

ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open to all legal U.S. residents, 18 years of age or
older as of January 10, 2011, and a verifiable attendee of the 2011 Detroit International
auto show. Employees, officers, and directors (including immediate family members and
members of the same household) of WellHome, their affiliated companies, subsidiaries,
advertising and promotion agencies, and any other entities directly associated with this
Sweepstakes (collectively, “Released Parties”), are also not eligible to participate. All
federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited.

HOW TO ENTER: The “Tell us About Your Home” Sweepstakes will run from 12:00
am EST on January 10, 2011 to 11:59 pm EST on January 24, 2011 (the “Promotional
Period”). During the Promotional Period, eligible participants can enter the Sweepstakes
by visiting Booth #526 at the 2011 Detroit International auto show in Detroit, MI.
Participants will be asked to complete a short Sweepstakes registration and survey in
order to gain an entry into the Sweepstakes drawing. All submitted entries must be
received by 11:59 pm EST on January 24, 2011, in order to be eligible for the prize
drawing. Limit one (1) entry per tradeshow attendee. All entries become the property
of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Sponsor reserves the right, in
its sole discretion, to void any and all entries of an entrant that submits more than the
stated maximum limit of entries, or who Sponsor believes has attempted to tamper with,
influence or impair the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of this
Sweepstakes. By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these
Official Rules and the decisions of the Administrator which are final and binding in all
matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

DRAWING AND NOTIFICATION: The Grand Prize winner will be selected, from
among all eligible entries received, in a random drawing on or about January 31, 2011, by
the Alliance Sweepstakes Service (“the Administrator”), an independent judging
organization whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this
Sweepstakes. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries
received.
GRAND PRIZE: One (1) GRAND PRIZE winner will receive an iPad (Approximate
Retail Value “ARV” - $599). There will be no substitution or transfer of prize or election
of cash. By accepting the aforementioned prize, the prize winner agree to release the
Sponsor and Sweepstakes Entities from any and all liability whatsoever for any injuries,
losses, or damages of any kind caused by entering the Sweepstakes or for damages of any
kind caused by the Grand Prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use or misuse
or failure to use the prize awarded, or while preparing for, participating in, and/or
traveling to and from any prize-related activity. Sponsor has not made any warranty,
representation or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, with respect to Grand
Prize and specifically disclaims all such warranties, including, without limitation, any
warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The prize is awarded “AS
IS” and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND other than from the manufacturer.
The Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to substitute any prize package with
another prize of equal or greater value in the event that the prize (or any component
thereof) is not available.

PRIZE CONDITIONS: The Grand Prize winner is solely responsible for all applicable
federal, state and local taxes and/or any other fees/costs associated with the prize or
receipt of the prize. In the event of noncompliance with the Official Rules, if a winner
cannot be reached at the address/phone number on winner’s entry within two (2) days of
the first attempt, or if the prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or
undeliverable, an alternate winner will be selected. The winner’s entry and acceptance of
the prize constitutes permission (except where prohibited) for the Sponsor to use said
winner’s and his or her companion’s name, photograph, likeness, statements,
biographical information, voice and address (city and state), in all forms of media, in
perpetuity, without notice or further compensation.

ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDTIONS: This Sweepstakes is subject to all

applicable federal, state, and local laws. By playing the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to
release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor and its parent company,
subsidiaries, affiliates, retailers, distributors, consultants and advertising and promotion
agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees,
shareholders and agents from any and all liability, loss, damage or injuries to any person
(including death) or property of any kind sustained in connection with their participation
in the Sweepstakes or from their acceptance, receipt, possession and/or use or misuse of
the prize, or for any typographical or other error in the printing, offering or
announcement of the prize. Entrants further acknowledge that said parties have neither
made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or
guarantee express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the prize, including, but not
limited to, its quality or fitness for a particular purpose. Any person attempting to
defraud or in any way tamper with the Sweepstakes mechanics and/or implementation
will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. By participating, entrants agree to be
bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Promotion Administrator, and
waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Promotion or these Official Rules. Sponsor
reserves the right to disqualify any entrant that Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion,
violates these Official Rules.
DISPUTES: Except where prohibited, you agree that any and all disputes, claims and
causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded
shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively
by the appropriate court located in the State of Florida. All issues and questions
concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official
Rules, your rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of Sponsor in connection
with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws
of the State of Florida, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules
(whether of the State of Florida or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the
application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Florida.

WINNERS LIST REQUESTS: To request confirmation of the name and address of the
winner, please send a self-addressed, stamped business size envelope, by March 24,

OFFICIAL RULES REQUESTS: For your own copy of the Official Rules, send a
self-addressed stamped envelope to Alliance/WellHome “Tell us About Your Home”
Sweepstakes Official Rules Request, 300 State St., Suite 402, Rochester, NY 14614, for
receipt by January 31, 2011.
