I. Subject: After Duty Report


a. As part of fulfillment of the requirements for degree Bachelor of science in
Criminology, as a graduating student.

b. To give different aspects of a bureau, that an intern may experience.

c. To give the different advantages and disadvantages of an office.

d. To provide resolutions, that we think that may help improve all the
disadvantages we have observed inside of a bureau.

e. Tp put things all up unto paper for documentation purposes and also for a
basis to the next batch of Interns.

f. To build up an idea of enhancement for another batch of intern.

II. Background:
As part the requirements of degree Bachelor of Science in Criminology,
all graduating students are required to undergo a minimum of Two Hundred
Seventy Hours (270) On-The-Job Training Program and Two Hundred Seventy
Hours (270) Community Immersion. Criminology Intern On-The-Job Training at
the Olongapo City Crime Laboratory, Bureau of Jail Management and Penology,
Bureau of Fire Protection, Brightfields Montessori located at Olongapo City and
Central Luzon College of science and Technology, and Community Immersion on
the Different parts of Olongapo City an Zambales.

III. Mission:
a. To provide the community with professionally competent and morally upright
graduates who can deliver efficient and effective service in crime protection,
and investigation, law enforcement and custody and rehabilitation of
offenders, among others and to accomplist the minimum of Two Hundred and
Seventy (270) hours On-The-Job Training Program and Two Hundred
Seventy (270) Hours Community Immersion, from…….
b. Enlighten the mind of the studentson the challenges of the reality ahead of
them.
c. Gives the difference of the academic aspects and the program that is.
IV. Observation
a. Weakness
(1) The BFP are luck of equipments in terms of service for house-to-house
inspection.
(2) Lack of personnel in office works like OPS, Releasing papers,
(3) There were more old fire trucks than new highly equipped fire trucks.
(4) The Personal Protective Equipments of fire Officers such as boots and
visor are busted and ruined. And there were no enough number of flash
hood.

November 14, 2018 Joined to Jail Officer for the roll call of Person Deprived
of Liberty and assigned as a team leader.
November 15, 2018 Joined with the roll call of Person Deprived of Liberty
with JO1 Pande,I
November 20, 2018 Conducted escort of Female PDL at Male’s Dormitory for
the Birthday Celebration of Mayor Rolen C Paulino
November 23, 2018 Asked to escort the Female PDL in Male’s Dorm for the
counseling and Bible Study of SIPAG
November 27, 2018 Asked to escort the Female PDL upstairs for their
Alternative Learning System and conduct roll call at
Barangay Jasmine. And also help the Jail Personnel for
the preparation of Inspection of Regional Officers BJMP
November 30, 2018 JO1 Domingo teach us how to disassemble pistol
December 2, 2018 Asked to duty at the male’s dorm as a logger in their front
post.
December 4, 2018 Conduct Fingerprint of PDL in its carpeta for its releasing
record to be assisted with JO1 Domingo and in the
afternoon JO1 Bacdayan teach us some basic exercise in
BJMP
December 5, 2018 Escorted an event at female dorm for the Subic Bay
Metropolitan Authority Gift Giving and in the afternoon I
was asked to write the Personal Information of Female
PDL at Male Dormitory for their Drug Dependency
Examination and after the event, JO1 Falisong teaches us
the 12 dozen exercise of BJMP
December 7, 2018 On our Last day, we prepared a farewell program for the

officers and PDL for our exit call and thanks giving.
Games and boodle fight were conducted.

guard in assisting senior high and collegiate students
without proper uniform and without lunch pass.

December 30, 2018 Joined the parade of Olongapo City from Subic Bay
Metropolitan Authority to Municipal Hall for the
celebration of Fiesta in Olongapo
