Re: Intent to Lease a 30sqm Commercial Space

Dear Atty. Rullan,

The undersigned is the CEO of Rullan Group of Companies and would like to present this
Letter of Intent to signify our interest in leasing a commercial space inside Trovis Malls.

We are the business behind the high quality furniture, which have been selling classy and
exclusive set of furniture since 1979.

Currently, our store serves clients that are usually beginning families who are building their new
home. The branch that we plan to put up would require at least 30 square meters, power outlets
for a cash register and display lights. The store would be manned by at least 10 people.

We already have 15 branches located in various commercial areas in the country but this is our
first venture in putting up a branch in this city. Attached are the photos of our existing branches.
We believe that store complements the business concept of Trovis Malls because we cater to
the same target market.
