    This to inform that I consent to the attendance of my son __________________________


    at the 35th COUNCIL SCOUT JAMBOREE AND KAB PALARO 2019-09-24 to be held at Scout
    Camp, New Carmen, Tacurong City on September 25-28, 2019.

    I have considered the benefits that my son will derived from his participation in this
    activity with the understanding that every precaution is to be taken to insure his safety in camp.
    We shall not hold the Camp Staff, Troop Leaders and Boy Scout of the Philippines Sultan
    Kudarat Council responsible for any untoward incident that may happen beyond their control.
