1.THREE THINGS THAT I SIGNIFICANTLY LEARNED FROM THE VIDEO CLIP.

They were many things in the video that I had learned but the ones that I liked the most was how
arithmetic came to be in such place, that they think of things that can make them easier to count. How
the Indians won over the abacus in the process of making a first class mathematician and how thanks to
Sumerians that we now have the idea of accounting.

2.THREE THINGS THAT ARE STILL UNCLEAR TO ME.

First is the way how to eliminate the human error an such likely how 1 and 0 will eliminate human error.
Second is how and why is it that we only need these two numbers? 1 and 0. Lastly is why we haven’t
agreed on the one number system.

3. I USED TO THINK THAT…

I used to think that there were just people who were given special privilege or that they just get
knowledge unknowingly but I was wrong, people in the ancient times known more than they look not
only the abacus but they have also made up many numerals that became a corner stone in the
mathematics world such as the Roman Numerals.

4. THREE QUESTIONS THAT I WANT TO ASK ABOUT THE VIDEO CLIP.

Why do we use different methods in counting and not the same as the other countries?

Why did the concept of the number zero is so big even though zero is just a definition of nothingness?

Lastly is the way we don’t agree on the one number system.
