DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE OF A MOTOR VEHICLE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE OF MOTOR VEHICLE is made and executed at the City of
Calbayog, Province of Samar, Philippines, this day of July 08, 2020 by:

JULIUS E. CALAGOS, Filipino, of legal age, single and with address at Barangay Cagsumje,
Sta. Margarita, Samar hereinafter referred to as the SELLER

And

Christopher T. Villanueva, Filipino, of legal age, single and with address at Barangay East
Awang, Calbayog City, Samar herein after referred to as the BUYER

WITHNESSETH:

WHEREAS, the SELLER is the registered owner of a motor vehicle as shown by Certificate
Registration No. 193390256, a copy of which is attached as Annex “A” and specifically
described as follows:

WHEREAS, the SELLER desires to sell the Motor Vehicle to the BUYER and the BUYER
desires to buy the same from the SELLER.

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the sum total of FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS
(PHP50,000.00), Philippine currency and receipt hereof is hereby acknowledged by the said SELLER, the
SELLER hereby sells, assigns, transfers and conveys unto the BUYER, in a manner absolute and
irrevocable the motor vehicle, and the BUYER accepts the same on an “AS IS WHERE IS BASIS”.

      The SELLER warrants that the Motor Vehicle is free from any liens and encumbrances and that said
SELLER shall defend the title and rights of the BUYER from any claims of whatever kind or nature from
third persons.

The SELLER is the full and absolute owner of the motor vehicle with requisite right, power and
authority to sell and covey the same to the BUYER.
 The BUYER shall fully hold and have peaceful possession of the motor vehicle upon delivery thereof.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto affixed their signatures on the
date and at the place first above-written.
