Ariba Configures Two Fields
Submit a Configuration Request through Connect
Create an Amendment Condition
Add the Following Task to the
Template
Create a To-Do task on
the Template:
Actions->View Details
Add the Following Task to the
Template

Create Amendment Control
Conditions

For each number of

amendments needed, set up a
Show Amendment condition.
Show Amendment 1 is unique.
Add the Amendment Phases, Tasks,
Conditions
Set Predecessors and Field Settings –
First Amendment Phase
As you complete the tasks, you are setting
the values related to that task, i.e. when you
finish this amendment, the amendment count
will be 1

First Required Task Last Required Task

Set Predecessors and Field Settings –
Second Amendment Phase
Continue for all Amendment Phases
incrementing Amendment – Phase
and Amendment – Count in a similar
fashion
