PURPOSE

This module is designed to ensure participants can

locate and identify the function of all major components
of the remote control system.

REASON

This training is necessary for participants to identify

the components of the remote control system and
to demonstrate knowledge of the remote control
system in order to troubleshoot the system. This will
ensure customers will experience quick and accurate
resolution of remote control issues.

COMPETENCY Statement

At the completion of this module, participants will be

able to locate and identify the remote control system
components during lab exercises. Participants will also
be able to identify the function of the remote control
system components during a post-assessment.
