Customer’s and Vendor’s Story Explained

You saw the video, what did you see in these videos. In the first video, you saw what Pooja, the
consumer, did in the market. What did she do? She observes the various vegetable vendors, some
selling on the road, some selling on the cart, some inside a shop, saw a various kinds of vegetables
arranged differently. She goes from one vendor to another, checks various vegetables for their
freshness, maybe for their price, for their quality, and she also interacts with the sellers to discuss,
bargains with them and buys her requirements. You also might have observed that Pooja purchases
different items on different days. So, why is that? It probably depends upon the needs and wants of
her, the availability of fresh items on those days, even probably better price points and convenience
and while you saw one side of the story in the first video that is the Pooja’s video, the second video
you saw a vegetable vendor tries to meet the requirements of the customers. So, what does the
vegetable vendor do to ensure that the products are available for the customer when he or she wants
to buy it? What is the end result? Pooja got what she needed, she was happy. The vegetable vendor
got his customer, sold the items to her, which made her happy and in the bargain he also made his
living.

So the whole thing, whatever you saw, it is an exhibition of marketing in the real world. It is
manifestation of marketing in the real world. To summarize, there is a buyer, there is a seller, both of
them come together, and make marketing happen. Obviously, both of them have some requirements
which is satisfied by their interaction, by their transaction.
