4. Procedures
4.1 Introductory Activity "Pass the ball game": Students will perform a circle and by passing the word ball they'll describe the following tools used in FOS: set of computer, paper
5 minutes shredder, voucher rack, telephone set, fax machine, mail messages and key racks, paper clip, plain paper and pen.
4.2 Activity Describing Photo: Make description on two contrasting pictures on Front Office Desk.

4.3 Analysis “Active Viewing Technique” The teacher will let the student watch video clip about the proper used of FOS tools, equipment, paraphernalia. Before starting the presentation
the teacher will write some key questions on the board about the presentation so that the students get an overview of the content of it. After viewing the questions the
10 minutes students answer the questions orally, or the students may take notes while viewing.
4.4 Abstraction
Students will share their insights on the things that they have learned in the lesson.

Role playing: Each group will role play on the proper used of FOS tools, equipment and paraphernalia using the rubrics.
