Q.3What are your duties and responsbilities?
All work related to human resources and administration.Employees salaries and
maintain employees record and monitor daily funtions of the company.
Q.4What is the reason behind formulation of company?
The private contrator were over charging and their behaviour with general public
was not good.There was no security cameras.They park illegally.
Q.5What are the objectives of the Leparking?
To launch the E system of ticketing in all Lahore. To abolish private contractor as
they were over charging.They were failed to provide standardised security.Theft
rate was high.
Q.6What were the issues before making Leparking?
The private contracors were over charging.There was not security cameras,illegal
parking and the parking staff behaviour was not good with public
Q.7How Leparking has addressed those issues?
Leparking installed cameras on sites and trained its parking staff employees.They
also consult with Lahore Development Authority to check the physibility report
about parking site area.Reduced the prices rates.give better ficilities to
public.Control illegal parking, control theft.
Q.8How much privatizatin involved in it?
No privatization it is totally governed by Punjab govt. we do not take funds from
govt .we give them profits.
Q.9 Does it a foreign policy?
Yes it is made on Turkish model parking.Istanbul Parking was used in turkey after
CM Punjab took initiated on turkish model.
Q.10Does it match with our culture?
No it does not match with our culture.E ticketing was new for Pakistani public.In
start they did not cooperate but now they are getting awareness.Now they
cooperate with our employees.
Q.11 How much it is helpful for a common citizens?
It has not achieved its objectives of formation.but at least little better as compare to
private contractors
