Guide to Cyber Security Certificate for Subcontractor

Resources (Huawei CNBG)

1. Purpose
This document provides guidance for Huawei CNBG service subcontractor personnel to
obtain Huawei CNBG's cyber security certification (CSC: Cyber Security Certificate) through
the IT system.

2. Applicable Object
This document is applicable to the service subcontractor employees, excluding Huawei
employees and Huawei leased employees. The subcontractor employees cannot log in to
Huawei intranet. They log in to the Huawei IT system on the public network for certificate.

3. Procedure
3.1. Apply for a Huawei uniportal account.
Huawei uniportal account is the only account used by the subcontractor to obtain Huawei
cyber security certification. Please apply for and keep the account identity carefully. If you
have not obtained the Huawei uniportal account, perform the following steps. If the account
has been applied for by the Huawei contact person of the subcontractor, skip this step.
1) Access Huawei Uniportal website

 2) Fill the registration information
Choose the “Register by Email” and fill the information carefully. Remember the user ID
and email (suggest to write down and store it carefully in case forget or loss)

After the registration is successful, the following page will be displayed:

3) Activate the account

Log in the registered email address and find the email that is similar to the following:

Open the email, click “Activate and Log In” to activate the uniportal account.

3.2. Bind the Uniportal account to the personal information.
To ensure that the uniportal account of the subcontractor's employee is the employee of the
subcon entity that is officially certified by Huawei, the uniportal account should be bound to
the corresponding subcontractor personal information in Huawei IT system. The Huawei
contact person of subcontractor entity (he/she should has the right of the system of
eSupplier) can bind by eSupplier (http://esupplier.huawei.com).

3.3. Log in the iLearningX for certificate.
1) Log in to the iLearningX web page for certificate. (Google Chrome is recommended)
a. Search for the course and exam
Log in to the Huawei iLearningX website with the registered uniportal account:
http://ilearningx.huawei.com
Enter the keyword “CSC” to search the courses and exams for cyber security
certification. The course “CSC for Subcontractor (CNBG)” contains learning materials
and exams with multi language. The exam “Cyber Security Certification for the
Service Subcontractor Resource (CNBG)” in different language only contain exams.
For subcontractor personals who have understood Huawei cyber security and privacy
protection requirements, they can directly select the exam with one language (Note:
You can pass the exam after passing any one of the language exams).

b. Course page
The CSC course page contains learning materials and exams. At the bottom of the
course, there are learning materials and exam links in different languages. You can
select a language to learn and test. (Note: You can pass the exam after passing any
one of the language exams)

c. Exam page
The CSC exam page contains only exam by different languages. If you are familiar with
Huawei's cyber security and privacy protection requirements, you can select a
language and go to the following page for exams. (Note: You can pass the exam after
passing any one of the language exam)

 2) Log in to the iLearningX mobile app for certificate.
a. Download and install the iLearningX mobile app.
Access the website https://ilearningx.huawei.com/portal/#/appIntroduce to install
for Android. iPhone users can search “iLearningX” on App Store and install.
b. Login iLearningX on mobile APP
Use the bound uniportal account/email address to login. (Note: DO NOT login with
the phone number. Only the certificate result that is recorded under the uniportal
account can be sync to the Huawei internal subcontractor resource management
system. Make sure that you login with the eSupplier bound uniportal
account/email address)

Input the Uniportal

Choose “Use account/email address to login
account to login”

c. Search the course and exam by the key word “CSC”

3.4. Authentication result synchronization confirmation
After passing the exam, the exam results will be synchronized to the internal IT system
(subcontracting resource management system) of Huawei. The Huawei contact person of the
subcontractor can log in to the eSupplier system to check (Note: the result will be synchronized 4
hours after passing the exam). Here is the checking method:
