    I should like to arrange for a credit line with your firm. For something now I had
    been buying from you on cash basis. On account, however, of the constraints in the
    liquidity of cash flow nowadays, I feel I need your business facility such as I have had
    with Edward Lee in town by which I pay within 30 days from receipt of the invoice.
