Q.No. t8: When does Bhava become strong? How is a Bhava be judged? Ans. : The asscciation or aspect of a benefic on a Bhava or the aspect of that lord of that concemed house on its own house or PAC of an auspicious planet, if there is no PAC of a malefic, gives strength to the Bhava and makes the Bhava strong and favorable results will be enjoyed by the native in respect of that Bhava. The strength of the Bhava gets reduced if there is malefic influence of a malefic planet. The strength of the Bhava depends upon : 1. Strength of the lord of the Bhava (house) i.e., potency of lord of Bhava. 2. The Digbala (Directional strength) of the Bhava which depends upon the Bhava falling in the following groups : (a) Nara Rashis (3rd, 6th, 7th first half of 9th and 11th from. Aries) i.e., Gemini, Virgo, Libra, Sagittarius and Aquarius Lagna in the midpoint of these signs are best and get one Rupabala. These are human signs. (b) Jala Chara or Aquatic (4th, 2nd half of 10th and 12th)i.e., : 4th (cancer) 10th (capricom) and 12th (pisces). These are strong as the IV house. (©) Chatus Pada or Quadruped Aries Taurus, Leo 2nd half of Sagittarius and first half of Capricorn. These are strong as X house. (@) Keeta (insect) Scorpio is strong, if happens to he the VII house. The Nara Rashis are good if these happen to be the Ascendants. The lagna depicts the vital force of life if it is human sign the native will inherent humanly traits.
