Point of Sale Systems, Donor Tracking System, and Database Management Systems

Girls Clubs of America compliant.

● Assisted in the planning and day-of preparation for fundraising events including three
golf tournaments and a dinner that brings in over ​20%​ of the organization’s total revenue
in a single night.

● From June 2017 to June 2018, lead a small team of young entrepreneurs in the tech

resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production
methods, and coordination of people and resources.
● From June to August 2020, consulted a software/app developer for a program run
through the platform “Discord.” This program at the time of consulting had over ​3​ million
downloads and just over ​1​ million active daily users. Consulting included best business
practices, marketing techniques, revenue modeling, SWOT Analysis (competition
analysis model), business scaling strategy and a networking skills workshop.

● Established partnerships and sponsorships with community leaders, educators, political
officials, and business partners.
● Lead community outreach projects and coordinated networking events. Most notably
was the master of ceremonies for the Indian River State College “Speed Networking”
event three years in a row.
● Worked in the local community to develop relationships with employers, identified
employment opportunities for recent graduates and helped prepare participants for
interviews with the specific employers.
● Lead workshops for interview skills, resume building, question and answer sessions and
job searching strategies to develop job acquisition, work readiness and job retention
skills.
● Developed the curriculum for all events with the “audience” in mind. Curriculum was
adapted for high school seniors/ recent graduates, college students in either their
associate’s or bachelor’s degrees, and finally master degree students.
● Our largest seminar was a ​4​ hour long workshop with just over ​20​ international students
from Prague University. Many of these students were in their master’s degree program.
