In preparation for the incoming Division Enhanced School Improvement Plan, this
Office announces that there will be a conduct of District ESIP Appraisal on the 31st day of
July 2019, Wednesday, from 8:00 o’clock in the morning until 5:00 o’clock in the
In this line, the school head, including the whole ESIP team are advised to prepare the
needed documents that are based on the prescribed checklist given by the Division – Deped
Rizal.
Likewise, every school in the district, both the elementary and secondary
schools, must have conducted a school-based ESIP Appraisal beforehand and shall
submit the accomplishment report on the same day of the said district activity.
The participants in this activity are the school head, ESIP coordinator, SMEA
fee of P300 pesos in each participant to defray food and other expenses chargeable to
desired.
