Pennar Engineered Building Systems Ltd. (PEBS Pennar) has emerged as
one of the leading companies in design, manufacturing, supply and
installation of pre-engineered buildings and components, solar
structures and structural steel products catering to Industrial/
Commercial/ Institutional applications such as warehouses, power
plants (thermal/solar), commercial centers, hi-rise buildings, aircraft
hangars, defense installations, sports stadia, industrial racking systems,
cold form structures and low cost housing. PEBS Pennar has inherited a
streak of excellence from its parent company - Pennar Group, an ISO

Pennar Group
1988 was the year when Pennar Industries Limited was born, and since then,
Pennar has grown and diversified to become a leading engineering company
making a host of steel based products. Pennar is now a multi-location, multi-
product company manufacturing Cold Rolled Steel Strips, Precision Tubes, Cold
Rolled Formed Sections, Electro Static Precipitators, Profiles, Railway Wagons and
Coach Components, Press Steel Components and Road Safety Systems. Pennar has
set up a subsidiary, Pennar Engineered Building Systems, which has its state of the
art manufacturing facility at Sadashivpet, near Hyderabad.

PEBS Pennar has set up a world-class manufacturing facility near
Hyderabad, India. The company's manufacturing facility is one of the
best in the country with modern technology and high precision
equipment sourced from leading suppliers across the world.

CNC Plasma with a capacity of 25 mm thickness with Hypertherm,
USA. A coveted rarity in the PEB industry, this machine is used for
cutting profiled webs and flanges with an accuracy of +/- 1 mm
Double-Lok® standing seam mobile roll former from Bradbury, USA,
under technological agreement with MBCI, a division of NCI Group
Inc., USA

Ÿ CNC 16 mm shear from YSD, China, with a capacity of 16

mm x 6.0 m - a postmodern machine used to cut straight webs
and flanges upto 16 mm thickness, sporting a back support
arrangement to achieve an accuracy of +/- 1.5 mm
Ÿ Pull-through Welder from Primo, INDIA, custom-built with Lincoln,
USA welding source to produce high-speed welded beams at an

n Usage of self-drilling screws conforming to AS 3566-2002, Class - 3
n Premium high-corrosion resistant screws along with their bonded EPDM
seals form the best fastener system
Bead Mastic for roofing side and end laps:
n Usage of bead mastic in all roof panel side and end laps
n Bead mastic, when installed properly, provides the best guarantee against
roof leaks

Roll-formed Downspouts:
n Usage of roll-formed downspouts with longitudinal full length corrugations,
which are very aesthetic
n These downspouts can be supplied in one piece for any length up to 12 M,
to reduce number of field joints
n The common press-broken downspouts are dull looking and spoil the

n Supply of valley gutters of 1.5mm thickness in maximum possible lengths of

ENGINEERING TEAM:
PEBS Pennar is growing high in the industry with the strong backup from a team
of more than 150 experienced engineers in designing and detailing department.
The complete design and detailing process is carried out using the sophisticated
softwares. Pennar's software asset includes Auto Cad, Staad Pro, MBS, Stru Cad,
3dMax, Tekla X-Steel. The design is done using Indian and International standards
like American, Euro, British and Australian, as per the requirement of the clients.
MANUFACTURING TEAM
An experienced and trained Manufacturing & Quality Control team with
exceptional value located in the Manufacturing plant at Hyderabad is an exemplar
of modern manufacturing practices. The Quality Control team follows a stringent
pre defined process right from the raw material till the finished product
inspection. The team works with a strong belief of continuous improvement and
innovation which is the key to success and prosperity.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
A specialised project management division with client-specific order management
and Project Management executives. It enables a problem-free interface with the
customer throughout the project execution, which had set a paradigm shift in the
quality and service parameters in the industry. All the technical glitches are cleared
on time; hence the time lines are met with utmost precision. Safety being the
priority, PEBS Pennar follows extreme safety measures at plant & sites which has
won many honours from several Reputed Organizations including Dupont.
BUILDER'S NETWORK
The Project Management team has enlisted several highly qualified, trained and
certified builders on pan-India basis, who will carry out the erection under the
supervision and guidance of PEBS Pennar's representatives. The Project
Management team is equipped to identify and recommend suitable builders for
the project, based on the study of their current loading, resources, size etc.
Other Products
As diversification is the key for sustainability, Pebs Pennar diversified
itself into different segments and marked its presence in the sectors.
Multistorey buildings:
Pebs Pennar has spread out into multistoried and residential building
sectors. With the engineering expertise, Pebs Pennar has the capacity
to design and construct buildings up till 30 floors. The company has
already outset its venture by successfully constructing multistoried
buildings all over the country.
Structural Steel & Bridge Girders:
Apart from the factories and warehouses, Pebs Pennar has moved into
heavy bridge girders segment to cater the roadways & railways. The
company has received RDSO approval for supplying bridges & girders.
Solar Module Mounting Structures:
PEBS Pennar's solar division specializes in the design, manufacturing,
supply and installation of Solar Module Mounting Structures. It caters
to diverse applications for Solar PV projects such as Utility Scale
Projects, Roof Top Projects, Solar Car Parks, Canal Top Projects and
other off-grid applications such as Solar Pumps and Rural
Electrification.
Transmission & Telecom Towers:
PEBS Pennar is capable of producing different type of towers like self
supporting, tubular, monopole, hybrid & angular towers. PEBS Pennar
has done communication tower project for Reliance Jio Infocomm of
5,500 numbers which comes to 19,500 MT within 5 months.
Modular Solutions:
Site Office Containers for construction sites and temporary purposes
which are provided with well ventilated workstation areas and
insulated cabins. Also provided with toilet area making it better
comfort for the workers. Security Rooms for multi purpose use which
are easy to install and relocate. Labour accommodation for
construction sites which is compact in structure and easily relocatable.
We provide G+1 and G+2 with any length as per the requirement.

PEBS Pennar is currently engaged in providing design and detailing
services for companies in USA including NCI Inc., Texas.

construction solutions has increased in recent times. People across
various sectors are concerned with sustainable goals. It has been widely
acknowledged that buildings consume a major portion of materials,
resources and energy, thus contributing directly or indirectly to the
