Re: REFUND OF BOOKING FEE

Ms. Santos,

I am writing in behalf of my client, Ms. Graciela Candelaria pertaining to the refund

of their booking fee in the amount of THIRTY-FIVE THOUSAND PESOS
(P35,000.00). As per agreement during the time of booking, such fee is refundable so
long as they cancel it one month before the travel dates. Their original travel dates
were supposed to be on November 2019 but they cancelled everything on July 29,
2019, more than one month ahead of their travel, hence, entitles them to refund.

I was informed that despite repeated verbal and written demands, you have failed
and refused to refund back our client.

Demand is hereby given to you to refund my client the total amount of P35,000.00
within five (5) calendar days from receipt of this letter or we will be constrained to
institute the necessary case against you and the company to vindicate my client’s just
claim.
