Method:
Preparation Steps:
1. Wash and slice the eggplant and zucchini
2. Wash the lettuce and tear into bite-size pieces
3. De-seed the rock melon and scoop out balls with a melon baller
4. Cut the prosciutto into strips. Roll up the strips and attach to the melon balls
using
toothpicks
