2.5. Work Load Histogram

The Bidder shall use its own form. The Bidder shall:
 Provide its work load histogram showing:
- Total available manpower
- Current working manpower
- Expected manpower (awarded)
- Expected manpower (to be applied to this project)
- Expected manpower (not awarded)
 Provide the above histograms for:
1) Direct manpower
2) Indirect manpower
3) Total manpower (Direct + Indirect)
 Provide histograms for the entire duration of the project.
 Explain which ongoing projects the manpower will come from.
 Bidder shall provide workload related to lower tier sub-contractor.

2.6. Execution Plan

The Bidder shall use Form 2.6. The Bidder shall:
 Provide a project execution plan dedicated for this project.

2.7. Joint Venture, Consortium or Association

The Bidder shall use its own form. If the bid is based on a joint venture,
consortium or any other association, the Bidder shall submit:
 Detailed statement explaining the liabilities of and the contributions
anticipated from each participant.
 Formation and name of the local entity.

If not applicable, the Bidder shall submit a coversheet stating “Not

applicable.”

2.8. Project Organization Charts

The Bidder shall use its own form. The Bidder shall indicate:
 Both home office organization and field office organization
 Structure of management from top management to foreman level
 Name and position title of key personnel
