Frank's Cobra combines the benefits of the Rotating Control Line Sleeve Protector System with the Control Line Pusher Arm into one system. The
Cobra automatically deploys an auxiliary roller under the main roller head, positioning the control lines against the pipe to assist clamp installation.
This system can handle multiple control lines at a low entry angle under high tension. The Cobra is controlled via remote control; dual latches
enhances rig floor safety, preventing the boom from lowering on personnel. Large throat roller sets are available for passing umbilicals as large as
4 1/2 inches. Rollers can be custom configured for project-specific applications.
