Spartan software Solutions will provide the enterprise license of following ERP modules:

1) Inventory Management System

Maintain Purchase order with due dates of delivery maintain GRN and Issue
slips maintaining Stock, Reorder levels and show appropriate warning.Bills can
be adjusted against the payments made at other department.

 Note: All the statutory reports are customizable according to user requirement

solution. Spartan software Solutions will deliver all services necessary to complete the

The annual maintenance charges (AMC) shall be 25% of the total license cost. The AMC shall
be payable after 1 year of free support.

For outside Aligarh - The traveling (AC-II/Ac-III train fare, Budget Airline, boarding and
lodging expenses (budget hotel/guesthouse) will be reimbursed or arranged by the Client.

Other Terms and Conditions

 All licenses for third party software/ database licenses will be the responsibility
of Client.
 GST shall be Extra payable as applicable.
 Extra center/branch will be charged 25% of total license cost.
