Managed complete product line design, as well as testing and production. Implemented new
products with development, testing, and installation. Led cost reducing plans to increase
profit within the product.
Projects:
-Changed dome material and vendor to reduce cost by 93%, as well as improve durability.
-Changed the machining process of a spun process to a formed piece, to reduce cost by 76%
-Led an overall cost reduction plan after design, to reduce costs from 1400$ a unit, to 380$ a unit.
-Designed a smaller version of the product to improve fitment, as well as reduce costs by 18%.
