To complete your registration, kindly follow the steps below:

1. Provide your school head or finance unit a copy of this RCS.


2. Pay the exact amount of P 0.00 right away to avoid cancellation of your reservation. Payment may be made
through BPI Bank payment facilities (BPI Family Bank will not accept payment) or through online bank
transfer. Please see the succeeding pages for the complete instructions.
3. Once paid, check your registered email (including INBOX and SPAM folders) after 2 to 3 working days for updates
and other announcements.
4. Inform the teacher-registrants that training details will be sent to them through the email addresses submitted during
registration. They should also check also the inbox and spam folder.

VERY IMPORTANT REMINDERS:

Pay only the exact amount of P 0.00. This means you should not combine into a single payment slip all payments
for other PEAC trainings you registered for. Combining payments may result in a delay in the processing of your
payment because of the following reasons:
The Online Registration System automatically processes the registration based on the assigned a unique BPI
Payment Reference Number and the amount expected.
Each event has a separate secretariat that will handle the event's logistics and budget.
Official receipts will be issued separately for each event.
Overpayment/underpayment will result in a delay in the processing of the registration as this will require manual
processing and PEAC reserves the right to deprioritize payment with incorrect details.
Conference/Training Fees DO NOT cover hotel accommodations and/or food (for online trainings).

PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS FOR BPI BRANCHES WITH BPI EXPRESS ASSIST MACHINES
1. Select Bills Payment
2. Select Other Merchants. (Payments are to be made out to "PEAC Professional Development")
3. Type the BPI Payment Reference Number [JHC200055] found in your Registration Confirmation Slip (RCS)
4. Select Cash or Check Payment
5. Enter the exact amount to be paid [P 0.00] as stated in your Registration Confirmation Slip (RCS)
6. Encoded transaction details will be displayed. If correct, tap NEXT. If not, tap CANCEL
7. Queue number will be displayed and printed.
NOTE: There is no need to email proof of payment to the PEAC but please keep it for record purposes.

PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS IF PAYING THROUGH ONLINE BANK TRANSFER FACILITIES


1. Log in to your online bank account and transfer the money to:
