2. Photos must showcase the life of an accountancy student. 3. Photos must be taken within the vicinity of the University of San Jose – Recoletos Main Campus. 4. Maximum of 5 entries are given for each cabin. 5. 1 photo = 1 entry 6. All entries must be in digital form (JPEG format) and must be submitted on or before the deadline. Entries submitted beyond the deadline will be disqualified. 7. Photos may be taken using mobile phones or DSLR cameras. 8. Each student may only submit one entry, which will be added to the total number entries submitted by the students belonging to their respective cabins. 9. For each entry, a photo must be submitted together with the following: a. Title of the Photo b. Name of the Photographer c. Photographer’s Cabin 10. The contest committee shall have no liability for delayed, corrupted or lost entries. 11. All entries must be an original material taken by the photographer and must not include watermarks, signatures, frames, date and/or time stamps or any markings on the photo. 12. Photos must be in black and white. 13. Digital manipulation is limited to the basic post-processing such as adjustments of contrast, minimal color-balancing, sharpening, cropping, dodging and burning. 14. Entries must be unpublished and exclusive to this contest. 15. Criteria for judging are as follows: a. Relevance (How well does this photo represent the life of an accountancy student) 30% b. Composition (Placement of interest; absence of distracting elements) 10% c. Creativity (Subject matter is pictured in a unique way) 20% d. Technical Quality (In focus, lighting in balance, sharpness, contrast) 10% e. People’s Choice (Number of votes) 10% f. Overall Impression (Ability to grab the viewer’s attention; WOW factor) 20% 16.
