Employment Agreement

This agreement is between you, MR. RODEL D. CARANOG and the management of TAGAYTA
INDUSTRIAL GAS AND GENERAL MERCHANDISE.

This agreement is in respect of your employment as TRUCK HELPER you will usually report to the HR
MANAGER but your reporting lines may change at the discretion of the GENERAL MANAGER. You
may also be directed to perform other duties or carry out such lawful directions as are given to you from
time to time.

You are required to work for 8 HOURS PER DAY IN 6 DAYS with a salary of Php 373.00 per day for a
period of five (5) months only from OCTOBER 5, 2019 to, AUGUST 5, 2020, hereupon you job will be
deemed permanent and/or regular but temporary or probationary in nature revocable at the pleasure of the
management, and dependent upon the need of additional manpower due to business condition on a certain
period.

Although your employment is for a definite period, management hereby reserves the right to pre-
terminate your employment for whatever cause and reasons as business exigencies may require 1-1

Kindly indicate your conformity to the above conditions by affixing your signature in the space provided
herein below and this shall constitute our letter-agreement on the matter.
