Supreme Harvest Agro Ventures Incorporated is a duly registered company under

the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Supreme Harvest is currently in
the process of building a Parent Stock Poultry Breeder Farm in Sitio Altura,
Barangay Prenza, Lian, Batangas with a capacity of 88,000 birds. The company is
investing $2 million for the development of the facility which is scheduled to start
operations in the first quarter of 2021. The facility will produce more than 15
million highest quality fertile hatching eggs per cycle which will help secure the
poultry breeder capacity in the region.

Organization and project planning started on December 2018. We have since

then completed all necessary permits and financing requirements and is
scheduled to begin construction in the following months. We have had the most
pleasant experience in all departments and local governments involved and we
proudly state no such episode of anomalies, irregularities or bias was experienced
in the process of acquiring permits or any aspect thereof unlike reported by
poultry producers in other municipalities.

As a poultry investor, we are proud to be a strong community partner of Barangay

Prenza and the Municipality of Lian. Our goal is to create prosperous rural
communities through sustainable agricultural developments focused on
improving the nutrition of the nation and national food security.
