Subject : CONTINUING SUSPENSION OF CASHIERING AND

RECEIVING SERVICES AT THE IPOPHL MAIN OFFICE
UNTIL 07 AUGUST 2020

WHEREAS, Memorandum Circular No. 2020-028A suspended cashiering

and receiving services at the IPOPHL Main Office for the period of 20 to 30 July
2020 and extend the deadline for filings and payments due for the said period until
04 August 2020;

WHEREAS, IPOPHL deems it necessary to further suspend cashiering and

receiving services to protect its employees and the transacting public,

NOW THEREFORE, cashiering and receiving services at the IPOPHL Main

Office shall remain suspended until 07 August 2020 and shall reopen on 10 August
2020. Deadlines for filings and payments due for the period of 20 July 2020 to 07
August 2020 are extended until 10 August 2020.

The public is encouraged to transact business with IPOPHL through its online
facility which shall remain available.

This Memorandum Circular shall take effect immediately and shall remain
effective until further notice. IPOPHL Memorandum Circulars that are inconsistent
with the foregoing are deemed modified, superseded, or amended accordingly.
