significantly affected our economic interest as Franchisees of Enteng. With this, we seek to request from
your management to retract the initial increase and implement the previous prices, specifically, from

Furthermore, we would also like to raise that the quality of the raw materials/mixtures in the months of
______ are different from the intial deliveries, causing the following issues:

1. The "cheesedesal" produced out of the raw materials easily hardens

2. The taste is inconsistent

With this, we would like to request that the raw materials being delivered to us should be of high
quality, so that the bread to be produced will also be high quality, and we will be able to deliver only the
best for our dear customers. This, we believe, will also protect the name of the Franchise, considering
that every cheesedesal produced will carry the name of Enteng Cheesedesal.

It is our stand that while we seek quality raw materials, they should also be available at affordable
prices, which will help the Franchisees grow their businesses as well, along with the success of Enteng
Cheesedesal.

Considering the above mentioned, we would also like to request for a meeting with the representatives
of the Franchisor, in order to properly and clearly raise our concern.
