II-1.0 SCHEDULE

II-1.1 Schedule of WORKS

It is assumed that DH-1P, DH-2P & DH-3P will be ready for hand-over to
CONTRACTOR to perform the P&A Work tentatively on 15th October 2018. It
is noted that the actual hand-over date shall be notified to CONTRACTOR one
(1) month in advance before performing the WORKS at offshore site (Dai Hung
Field). CONTRACTOR is requested to complete the WORKS, excluding one (1)
year warranty period.
The actual nomination of Milestones shall be proposed by CONTRACTOR,
appropriate to its chosen execution methodology and in accordance with
APPENDIX II-1 – CONTRACT SCHEDULE. CLIENT shall incorporate the
agreed Milestones Schedule (submitted as part of the Technical proposal, after
reviewing updating and acceptance by the CLIENT) into this Section.

CONTRACTROR is requested to submit the Schedule and Execution Plan as

required in EXHIBIT I – SPECIAL PROVISIONS AND SCOPE OF WORKS.
There shall be no change to the Milestones descriptions and/or dates as set out in
Section 1 except by issuance of CLIENT Approved Change Order.

II-1.2 Scheduled Completion Date

The Completion Date (Delay Liquidated Damage) as set out in ARTICLE 30 –

“LIQUIDATED DAMAGE” of CONTRACT FORM shall apply to Milestone
No. 02-02 and No. 02-05 as evidenced by CLIENT’s signature.

There shall be no change to the Milestone dates as set out in Section II-1.1 except
by issuance of CLIENT Approved Change Order.

II-2.0 EXECUTION PLAN

II-2.1 CONTRACTOR shall be required to provide execution plan that cover:

- Project management;
- Coordination between CLIENT and CONTRACTOR;
- Concise project organization chart (with names, responsibilities and
reporting relationships);
- Location of all offices where work will be performed, each office's facilities.
- Major subcontractors for P&A work;
- Facilities and service for CLIENT.
- Equipment and tool description.
- Source of equipment and tool.
