NOTE:
- CONTRACTOR is requested to provide a list of the Sub-contractors that
CONTRACTOR would intend to involve in the performance of the WORKS.
Details should include the following:

(a) Address and location from which the Sub-contractors will be supporting
the work together with a clear statement as to the extent of the work;
(b) The extent of your experience with each Sub-contractor;
(c) Basis of selection of each Sub-contractor.

- All the Sub-contractors involving in P&A operations must have sufficient

capability with at least 5 years’ experience on the such service provided.
- Maximising the contributions of local content to perform the WORKS are
preferable.
- CONTRACTOR is requested to submit for CLIENT review and approval of any
change from the approved Sub-contractor list. Failure to do as requested,
CONTRACTOR shall be responsible and its sole expense to bear any matters may
arise.
